What the achievement asks
Unlock the Rustbolt Gramophone and all six of its records. Ten points, account-wide, both factions.
The gramophone comes first
Nothing here can begin until you have the machine. Blueprint: Rustbolt Gramophone drops from Steel Singer Freza, a rare on the west coast of the island.
Once it is built, the first record is already on it. Ode to Tinkertown comes with the gramophone and needs nothing further.

The sources overlap more than the lists suggest
Early lists tied each record to a particular rare, and that turned out to be too neat. Records have since been reported from rares that were not on their list, including several coming from Steel Singer Freza on repeat kills.
The practical reading is that Mechagon's rares can drop the records broadly rather than each guarding one, so the useful strategy is volume: kill every rare you pass, every day, rather than farming one specific mob for one specific record.
That makes this achievement the same activity as Rest In Pistons, which wants all thirty-six encounters killed anyway.
Triumph of Gnomeregan is the one that holds people up, and by a long way. Its drop chance is low from every source, and there is no way to target it. Expect it to be the last of the six by weeks.
