What the achievement asks
Make friends with all five Grabbable Rats in Undermine. Five points, account-wide.
Click a rat and it climbs onto your shoulder. Five rats, five clicks.

Undermine is stacked, so three of these coordinates are useless without the description beside them. The second rat in particular is a floor up from the street the marker points at.
The rat on your shoulder blocks the next one
Grabbing a rat gives you a buff, and while you carry it the next rat will not spawn. Players who fly straight from one coordinate to the next find empty ground and assume the list is wrong.
Right-click the buff off before you go for the next one, and the rat appears.
The rat in the burrow at 65.26 88.26 has a standing report of taking the buff and giving no credit. The player who documented it removed the buff, watched the rat respawn, grabbed it cleanly, and still stayed at four of five across several attempts and a full logout.
If it happens to you, it is not something you did. Come back after the next weekly maintenance rather than repeating it a dozen times.
Where it fits
One of six under Going Goblin Mode, which rewards the Gallagio Grand Gallery warband campsite and is part of Worldsoul-Searching, the War Within meta. The treasures of Treasures of Undermine are on the same lap of the city.
