What the achievement asks
Unlock all five of Muff's Auto-Lockers around Undermine. Ten points, account-wide.
Five chests, five clicks. There is no puzzle, no gate and nothing on a timer.
It also quietly awards 5 Trader's Tender. That started as a bug, and Blizzard decided the goblins had a point about possession being nine-tenths of the law and updated the description rather than removing the reward.

Undermine is built in layers, so check the level above and below before deciding a locker is not there.
Do not stop at the achievement
The five parts are not loot for the sake of it. Combine them in your bags to produce an Inoperative Mega-Mecha Gorilla, which starts a quest, and take that to Ditty Fuzeboy at 35.40 41.40.
He hands over the Mega-Mecha Gorilla battle pet. It is the actual reward for this achievement and it is easy to walk away without it, because the achievement fires when the fifth locker opens and says nothing about the parts.
Ditty also trades six other battle pets for Miscellaneous Mechanica, so the trip is worth making properly.
Where it fits
One of six under Going Goblin Mode, which rewards the Gallagio Grand Gallery warband campsite and is part of Worldsoul-Searching, the War Within meta.
