What the achievement asks

Complete all nineteen special encounters in The Maw. Ten points, account-wide, both factions.

Older lists say five of nineteen. That was never right, and the achievement has always wanted the lot.

What these actually are

Each one is a bonus objective rather than an ordinary rare: a small skull marks it on the map, and a quest appears when you get close. They reset on the world quest schedule, so the same nineteen come round again.

You will not finish them in one visit

The Maw counts how long you stay. The Jailer's attention climbs while you are in the zone, and at its higher tiers it becomes lethal on its own, regardless of what you are fighting.

That is a hard limit on this achievement rather than a difficulty to push through: plan several trips, leave when the pressure gets high, and come back.

Two of the nineteen are in caves and easy to fly past. Ratgusher and Agonix are both underground in the west, and Sanngror and the Skittering Broodmother are in caves in the east, with their entrances a good way from the coordinate itself.

The same trip pays twice

Better to Be Lucky Than Dead wants the zone's twenty-one true rares, and they are scattered among these nineteen. One lap of The Maw serves both, which matters when every lap has a timer on it.
