What the achievement asks
Find the ten hidden treasures of The Ringing Deeps. Five points, account-wide.
The coordinates you find elsewhere are wrong
Patch 11.1 added Undermine and stretched The Ringing Deeps map sideways. Every coordinate written before that patch is now about four points too far east, which puts you inside a wall or over open ground with nothing there.
The coordinates below are the post-11.1 ones. If you are following an older list and finding empty rock, subtract roughly 4 from each X value and try again.

The five that need nothing
Discarded Toolbox, Munderut's Forgotten Stash, Waterlogged Refuse, Webbed Knapsack and Cursed Pickaxe are objects you click. Two of them are inside caves and one is on top of a waterfall, so the coordinate points at the entrance rather than at the treasure, but there is no puzzle and nothing to fetch.
Kaja'Cola Machine: the order matters
The vending machine has four flavour buttons and it wants them pressed in this order:

Get it wrong and it resets, so read the buttons before you start clicking. The reward is the Goblin Mini Fridge toy, which is worth more than most treasures in the zone.
Dusty Prospector's Chest: five shards first
The chest sits inside the inn at 44.90 31.60 and stays locked until you are carrying all five Loose Crystal Shards. They are scattered across the whole zone, so collect them on the same lap as the other treasures rather than making a second trip.
The three small puzzles
Scary Dark Chest at 54.94 30.31 is surrounded by lit candles. Put them all out before the timer runs down and the chest opens. If the timer beats you, the candles relight and you can start again.
Dislodged Blockage at 44.25 48.96 is a pipe puzzle: rotate the sections until the flow runs from one end to the other. There is no timer on this one.
Forgotten Treasure at 48.31 53.20 sits in a tunnel behind a locked lid. The key comes from the ordinary chests scattered nearby, so open those until one gives it up.
Where it fits
One of the pieces of You Xal Not Pass, which rewards the Shadow of Doubt mount and is part of Worldsoul-Searching, the War Within meta. The rares of Adventurer of The Ringing Deeps and the glyphs of The Ringing Deeps Glyph Hunter are on the same circuit.
