What the achievement asks
Unlock all four actor perks for the Theater Troupe. Five points, account-wide.
Four small quests, each one gated behind a renown rank rather than behind anything you can do faster.
The gate is renown with the Council of Dornogal
All four quests are taken at The Proscenium in Dornogal, at 56.79 52.19, and each appears only once your renown with the Council of Dornogal is high enough.

Reports differ slightly on the first two thresholds, with some players placing Attention-Getter at 8 and Quickchange Artist at 10. What is not in dispute is the shape: renown 3 is where the Theater Troupe opens to you at all, and renown 21 is where the last perk arrives. Check the Proscenium each time your renown ticks up rather than trying to predict it.
There is nothing else to it
The quests themselves are short and none of them is difficult. This achievement is renown and nothing else, which makes it one to start early and forget: the renown arrives from playing in Khaz Algar at all.
Renown 21 with the Council of Dornogal is a long way. If you are working towards Khaz Algar Diplomat, which wants maximum renown with four factions including this one, you will pass every threshold here on the way and this achievement completes itself.
Where it fits
One of the pieces of You Xal Not Pass, which rewards the Shadow of Doubt mount and is part of Worldsoul-Searching, the War Within meta. The plays themselves are We're Here All Night, in the same theatre.
