What the achievement asks
Find the ten hidden treasures of Azj-Kahet. Five points, account-wide.
Most of them are ordinary objects. Two are hidden behind mechanics that make them genuinely invisible, and those are the reason people give up on this one.

Memory Cache: the one that is not there
Fly to 62.73 87.90 with a normal character and you will find nothing. Memory Cache only becomes visible while you are carrying stacks of Unseeming Shift, the debuff you build up in the Maddening Deep.
That is not a bug and it is not a wrong coordinate. Go and gather stacks first, then return. It is the same mechanic that The Unseeming asks a hundred stacks of, so the two are done together: build your stacks, take the cache on the way, keep going.
Weaving Supplies: three threads
Collect the violet, crimson and gold threads from the three coordinates above, then take them to the supplies at 78.62 33.20. All four points sit within a short flight of each other in the north-east, so this is one small loop rather than a zone-wide errand.
Trapped Trove is on the other map
This one uses the City of Threads map, not the Azj-Kahet one. The waypoint above is #2213, and pasting it while your map is set to Azj-Kahet will point at nothing.
It also sits high in the air rather than on the ground. Fly up to it.
The three on a shared respawn
Silk-spun Supplies, Disturbed Soil and Missing Scout's Pack are on long respawns shared with everyone on your shard. An empty coordinate is the normal outcome on a busy day rather than a sign you are in the wrong place.
Note which were empty, finish the rest, come back. A quieter hour or a shard hop does more than searching harder.
Two that hide in plain sight
Nest Egg at 49.56 43.70 is above you, resting on a web. Players walk under it repeatedly.
Nerubian Offerings at 42.37 72.28 is beneath the platform at the cliff edge, not on it. Drop off the side rather than looking around at ground level.
Where it fits
One of the pieces of You Xal Not Pass, which rewards the Shadow of Doubt mount and is part of Worldsoul-Searching, the War Within meta. The rares of Adventurer of Azj-Kahet and the glyphs of Azj-Kahet Glyph Hunter share the same ground.
