What the achievement asks
Discover ten lore objects in K'aresh. Ten points, account-wide. Each one also pays 250 reputation with the K'aresh Trust.
K'aresh has two maps, and that is the whole difficulty
Tazavesh, the Veiled Market has its own map and its own coordinate set, separate from the map showing K'aresh and its floating islands. Six of these ten objects are in Tazavesh.
If you paste a Tazavesh coordinate while looking at the main K'aresh map, the arrow points somewhere plausible and completely wrong. The map id is given for every object below: 2472 is Tazavesh, 2371 is K'aresh.

These five only exist while you are phase dived into Untethered Space, which needs the Reshii Wraps from the K'aresh campaign. You enter through the Phase Conduits scattered around the zone, and those conduits double as fast travel, which makes the run between these five much shorter than it looks.
Unlike the treasures of Treasures of K'aresh, these do not need the cloak upgraded. Having the wraps at all is enough.
Where it fits
One of seven under Unraveled and Persevering, part of Worldsoul-Searching, the War Within meta. Two and a half thousand reputation with the K'aresh Trust for an hour of clicking is also the best rate in the zone.
