What the achievement asks
Repair six busted earthen consoles in The Ringing Deeps. Five points, account-wide.
The name suggests a puzzle and there is not one. You click the console and it is repaired. That is the entire mechanic, and the achievement is a travel exercise rather than a test of anything.
The coordinates are corrected for patch 11.1
Patch 11.1 added Undermine and stretched The Ringing Deeps map sideways. Every coordinate list written before that patch is roughly four points too far east, which is why people report standing in solid rock.
The numbers below have that shift applied. The correction is close to four points rather than exactly four, so if a coordinate looks empty, sweep a short distance east and west of it rather than giving up.

The order above runs north to south. The Abyssal Console is a long way below everything else, right at the bottom of the zone, so leave it until last rather than flying back for it.
Where it fits
One of the pieces of You Xal Not Pass, which rewards the Shadow of Doubt mount and is part of Worldsoul-Searching, the War Within meta. The plaques of Rocked to Sleep and the fragments of Notable Machines are collected on the same circuit.
