What the achievement asks
Set a bad example in Mereldar by throwing rocks at ten things. Five points, account-wide.
How it works
Three Throwing Stone piles sit around Mereldar. Interacting with one gives you a Throw Rock ability and roots you in place, so each stone can only reach the targets in its own line of sight.
You cannot move once you have picked up a stone. If a target will not register, step away, walk to a slightly different spot and interact with the stone again. The hit detection is fussy and a few degrees of angle is often the whole problem.

Two settings that decide whether this works
The Food Stall and the Spice Stall in particular need your render distance and environment detail turned up. At low settings the objects are not drawn from the throwing position, and a rock cannot hit something the client has not loaded.
If you play a short race and your line of sight is blocked by scenery, a transformation toy that makes you taller solves it. Mr. Smite's Brass Compass is the one players name.
The Notice Board from the orphanage stone is the other awkward shot, and it is the one most likely to need you to re-take the stone from a different position.
Where it fits
One of the pieces of You Xal Not Pass, which rewards the Shadow of Doubt mount and is part of Worldsoul-Searching, the War Within meta. You are standing next to the orphanage anyway, so do Children's Entertainer on the same visit.
