It begins with The Expedition Awaits, which is the quest that takes you to the Siren Isle in the first place. If you have set foot on the isle at all, you have started this.
It is the gateway to everything else on the isle
Do this first, before anything else on the Siren Isle. The questline is what opens the island's systems, and three other achievements in the branch depend on being able to use them.
Reforged Anew is not just a story step: it awards the Windsinger's Runed Citrine, which is one of the twelve gems in A Choir of Citrines and the only one that comes from a quest rather than from a drop or a vendor.
The rest of the isle then follows: the caches of Treasures of the Storm, the rares of Clean Up on Isle Siren, the excavations of Excavation Projects and the seventeen weeklies of Siren-ity Now!.
What the run is like
Story quests, solo, with nothing farmed and nothing random. An hour or two at most, and no part of it can be failed or lost.
The Siren Isle's other achievements are almost all gated by the weekly reset, and this one is not. That is the argument for doing it the day you arrive rather than a week later: every week you spend without it is a week of weeklies you could have been banking.
