Collect eight books in the post-storm Forbidden Reach. Account-wide.

The three inside the vaults
Journal Entry: The Creches, Journal Entry: Silence and Sending Stone: The Prisoner are in random rooms of the Zskera Vaults. No amount of searching the island will produce them.
The rooms are drawn fresh each week, so they are a matter of opening enough doors. People report needing up to 30 Zskera Vault Keys to turn up the right room, and the vault layout resets weekly.
That makes this achievement a by-product of Door Buster, which wants 150 doors anyway. Keep this list and the one for Librarian of the Reach open while you run vaults: both have three books hiding in there.
Two share a cave
Sending Stone: Protest and Receiving Stone: Final Warning are in the same cave, entered at 58.60 68.90. Getting one and leaving is the usual mistake.
