What the achievement asks
Find fourteen pieces of junk scattered across Vol'dun. Five points, account-wide, both factions.
Each one is a named object lying somewhere in the world. There is nothing to kill, nothing to unlock, and no order to follow. The whole difficulty is that most of them are inside, under or behind something.
The fourteen
That order runs from the north of the zone down to the far south.
Each piece on video
Fourteen short clips, one per item. Most of these are small objects against a busy background, which is exactly what a clip solves and a sentence does not.

The four worth a word
Rachel's Flute (66.42, 35.96) is the only one where the coordinate is not where you enter. The cave mouth is at 64.88, 36.32. Inside, follow the left-hand wall and the flute is on the near side of the first wagon you come to.
Ofer's Bound Journal (26.79, 52.91) sits on a blue stone table at ground level. The note that circulates says first floor, which reads as upstairs to a good half of the people who follow it.
Skye's Pet Rock (29.46, 59.38) is genuinely hard to see against the hillside. Face Jenoh and it is behind him, slightly to his left.
Josh's Fang Necklace (47.93, 36.73) is underground, in the cave beneath the giant tree at Vorrik's Sanctum, not at its roots.
One of the fourteen changed name at some point: what old lists call Rachel's Tambourine is the same object as Rachel's Flute. There is nothing missing.
