What the achievement asks
Eat six sausages from Drustvar. Five points, account-wide.
Five of them are simply bought from a vendor and eaten on the spot. The sixth is not sold anywhere and has to be cooked. The real difficulty is not finding them: it is that every Drustvar vendor who stocks them is Alliance, so a Horde character cannot buy a single one.
Where to buy them
Two stops are enough. Alisha Darkwater, the innkeeper at Falconhurst, is the only source in the zone for the Fried Boar Sausage. Elijah Eggleton at Fallhaven carries the other four.
The two extra stops are there in case those two are not available to you. Jake Storm at Arom's Stand sells three of them and sits in a hub you pass through early, and Charisse Payton at Tradewinds Market in Boralus sells the same four as Elijah, without setting foot in Drustvar.

Eat each one after you buy it. Having the sausage in your bags does nothing for this achievement.
The sixth one has to be cooked
The Heartsbane Hexwurst has no vendor at all. It is a cooking recipe, and Recipe: Heartsbane Hexwurst drops from Raal the Gluttonous, a boss in the Waycrest Manor dungeon.
Each sausage takes five Foosaka, five Meaty Haunch and five Cursed Haunch.
It is also the one that is genuinely worth checking the auction house for. Sausages sell for a few gold each, but the Hexwurst regularly goes for a hundred times that, because most people would rather pay than farm a dungeon boss for a recipe.
If you are Horde
Every vendor in the list is Alliance. A Horde character standing in front of Alisha Darkwater or Elijah Eggleton gets nothing at all, which is why this achievement has a reputation for being far harder than a shopping list should be.
Three ways round it, in order of how little effort they cost.
- The auction house. None of the six is soulbound, and the auction house is now shared across factions. Most people finish the whole achievement this way for a couple of hundred gold.
- An Alliance character. The achievement is account-wide, so buying and eating the sausages on an Alliance alt credits your Horde main. Since patch 9.2.5 you can also simply mail them across.
- Blinky Greasefingers on Siren Isle. He is neutral, so Horde can buy from him, and he stocks the Fried Boar Sausage and Rosco Fryer's Mostly-Meat Brat. Two of the six, without an alt.
If the vendors are missing
Alisha Darkwater and Elijah Eggleton both sit behind Drustvar story progress. Falconhurst has to be unlocked before Alisha appears, which happens well into the zone's quest chain, and Elijah only shows up at Fallhaven once you have pushed far enough for the town to be yours.
If you have arrived early and the shops are empty, Charisse Payton in Boralus covers four of the five bought sausages on her own, and needs nothing unlocked.
