What the achievement asks
Keep the Speed of Gonk buff up for three minutes without a break, in Zuldazar. Five points, account-wide, Horde only, and it pays a decoration: the Bookcase of Gonk.
The buff comes from a Totem of Gonk, lasts thirty seconds, and gives forty percent movement speed and halved falling damage. So this is not an endurance test, it is a refresh test: six renewals in a row, without ever letting it lapse.
First, you must have chosen Gonk
Totems of Gonk only exist for you if you picked Gonk during the zone story. If you chose another loa, you will not find a single totem anywhere in Zuldazar, and no amount of searching will help.
Switching is easy and free. Speak to Chronicler Ash'tari in Dazar'alor and choose I would like to change the loa represented here from Zuldazar, then I would like to choose Gonk, Lord of the Pack.
If Gonk is not offered, it means you already have him.
The three minute loop
Two Totems of Gonk stand a few steps from Ash'tari, close enough to run between them in a circle. That is the whole method: keep circling, and step on a totem again whenever the buff drops to around ten seconds.
Do not wait for it to expire. The achievement wants the buff maintained, so a single second without it puts you back to zero and you will not be told.
A third totem sits up the first small set of stairs beside Ash'tari if you want a wider loop, and there is another at the top of the temple, around 42.3, 9.3 in Dazar'alor, which some people prefer for the same back and forth.
