What the achievement asks
Reveal all sixteen subzones of Nazjatar on your map. Ten points, account-wide, both factions.
There is nothing to kill and nothing to collect: each subzone counts the moment you set foot in it. What makes Nazjatar slower than an ordinary exploration achievement is that it is three dimensional. Several of the sixteen are underwater, and flying over the coordinate at the surface does not always register them.

The Royal Approach was called the Empress's Approach for a while, and older lists still use that name. It is the same place, at the same coordinate, in the middle of the zone.
Two that catch people out
Ashen Strand sits at the far west and looks like a detour. It has its own flight point, the leftmost on the Nazjatar map, so there is no need to swim across the zone for it.
Deepcoil Tunnels and Shirakess Repository are both properly underwater. Passing above them at the surface may leave the criterion unticked, so dive until the subzone name appears on your screen before moving on.
Do it on the same trip as the figurines
The route above crosses most of the caves that Feline Figurines Found sends you into, and passes several of the rares from I Thought You Said They'd Be Rare?.
Exploration is the cheapest of the three, so use it as the excuse for the first full lap of the zone and pick the other two up as you go.
