What the achievement asks
Kill one cursed animal of each of thirteen kinds in Drustvar. Five points, account-wide, both factions.
Nothing here is rare, nothing is on a timer, and none of it is hard to kill. Most of the thirteen die on their own while you work through the Drustvar story, so the sensible order is to finish the zone first and then hunt down whatever is left. What people actually get stuck on is one criterion that refuses to tick, and two animals that live where no quest ever sends you.

Horses is the one that catches everyone
The obvious candidate for the horse is the Hexthralled Guardsman, the mounted patrol riding the roads of Corlain. People kill twenty of them and the criterion stays empty.
The reason is simple once you see it. The Guardsman is a humanoid. The horse under him is a separate creature, the Hexthralled Courser, and that is the beast the achievement is counting.
Do not farm the Guardsmen. Ride to the stables in Upper Corlain, near 31.0 18.6, where the Coursers stand on their own with nobody on them. One kill, criterion done.
Two that no quest takes you to
Crabs and Sharks are the pair almost everyone finishes the zone still missing, because they live off the edges of the questing routes.
The Cursed Snapclaw sits south-east of Fletcher's Hollow, over the hill. Its shoreline runs straight across the border, so you may find yourself a few steps inside Tiragarde Sound before you see one. That is normal, and the kill still counts.
The Hexed Dreadmaw is in the water off the Crimson Coast, between the Falconhurst flight point and the town itself. Note the name: the sharks are hexed rather than cursed, which is why searching the zone for a cursed shark turns up nothing.
When the one you find is not the one on the list
Several of the thirteen have more than one cursed version wandering Drustvar, and any of them satisfies the criterion. If the animal you are standing next to is not the one named in the table, kill it anyway.
- Deer: the Hexcrazed Greatstag counts as well as the doe.
- Wolves: the Hexenwolf Tracker and Hexenwolf Alpha roam near Falconhurst.
- Ravens: the Ensorcelled Bonepicker is the same bird under another name.
- Falcons: the Cursed Gyrfalcon and Cursed Game-Hawk are scattered more widely than the aviary birds.
- Bramblebacks: the Hexed Brambleback lives in the west of the Crimson Forest, around 17.8 56.4.
