What the achievement asks
Complete thirty-three special encounters across Drustvar. Ten points, account-wide, both factions.
It ties with Stormsong Valley as the longest of the Kul Tiras adventurer achievements, and it is the one that trips people up most often. Six of the thirty-three entries are not kills at all, nine are hidden inside caves, a mine or a house, two are named after something you will never see on the map, and three have refused credit for years unless you are wearing a particular neck.

When the kill does not count
Three entries have a long history of not registering: Rimestone, Avalanche and Talon. You kill them, the criterion stays empty, and killing them again changes nothing.
The fix players keep landing on is the Heart of Azeroth. Wear it, kill those three, and the credit lands. Reports of this go from 2020 through to the end of 2025, on both factions, and several people confirm that simply collecting the neck from Magni is enough without pushing further into that storyline.
If you are on a character that never picked up the Heart of Azeroth, get it before the lap rather than after. It costs one short detour instead of a second trip across the zone.
Six of them are not fights
The word encounter is doing some work here. Three entries are containers: the Ancient Sarcophagus in its cave, the Beastly Ritual Skull in the cave at Glenbrook Hunting Grounds, and the Seething Cache out in the open. You walk up and open them.
Three more look like rares but are not fought on sight. Emily Mayville is a conversation. Vicemaul is fished up, so bring a fishing rod or you will stand on the coordinate seeing nothing. Gluttonous Yeti starts with the Lost Goat at Gol Koval rather than with the yeti itself.
The ones that are not on the surface
Nine of the thirty-three are inside something, and flying over the coordinate will show you an empty hillside.
- Barbthorn Queen, Grozgore, Beshol, Rimestone and Deathcap are each in a cave.
- The Ancient Sarcophagus and the Beastly Ritual Skull are both chests sitting in caves.
- Bilefang Mother is down in Bleak Hills Mine.
- Sister Martha is inside a house in the Crimson Forest.
Names that do not match what you see
Hexed Hunter is the criterion, but nothing in Drustvar is called that. On the map and on your target frame he is Whitney "Steelclaw" Ramsay, on the Crimson Coast. It is the single most searched question about this achievement.
Fungi Trio is three creatures rather than one. Ernie, Mick and Mack sit together, and the criterion wants all of them.
Longfang shares his coordinate with Henry Breakwater. The achievement names Longfang, so that is the one to make sure of.
