Complete 10 of the 21 special encounters in Zaralek Cavern. Account-wide.
Ten of twenty-one, so you choose. That matters here more than in the surface zones, because every rare in the cavern is an elite.

They announce themselves
Each rare spawns inactive for a short moment before it can be engaged, and the game prints an emote in your chat window when it happens. That line is your spawn timer: watching chat beats flying a circuit and hoping.
Seven names are wrong in the tracker
Blizzard's criterion text does not match the creature in the world, which sends people looking for things that do not exist.

If nothing spawns at all
There have been long stretches where players reported flying the cavern for hours without a single spawn. The fix people found was to toggle war mode and come back, which puts you on a different shard.
