What the achievement asks
Kill all 8 bosses of Vault of the Incarnates, on any difficulty. Ten points, account-wide, both factions.
At current levels a Dragonflight raid is not a fight, it is a queue. Nothing here needs a group you have to assemble, gear you have to earn first, or a difficulty above the lowest.

Queue the right wing
Raid Finder splits the raid into wings, and each wing has its own queue with its own bosses. You cannot reach Raszageth the Storm-Eater by queueing for the first wing, however many times you run it.
Check which wing you are entering against the table above before you queue, and work down the list rather than taking whatever comes up first.
When Raid Finder does not give credit
These raid achievements have a long and well-documented history of Raid Finder kills failing to register, or of progress being wiped partway through a wing. Players have reported watching credit appear for the first two bosses of a run and vanish as the third died, and others cleared Raid Finder for weeks with nothing but a single boss ticked.
It behaves today, and Raid Finder is genuinely the fast route. But if your criteria stay grey after a clean run, or reset between weeks, the fix that has always worked is a Normal run. One player who had spent weeks in Raid Finder finished the whole achievement with a single Normal clear.
Do not open a ticket over it. Game masters have told players outright that they cannot award these criteria by hand.
Check before you queue
Progress is account-wide, so bosses killed on any of your characters count towards the same total. If you raided this while the patch was current on a character you no longer play, look at the criteria list first: you may already be most of the way there and need one wing rather than four.
