What the achievement asks
Use the /love emote on twelve critters across Kul Tiras and Zandalar. Ten points, account-wide, both factions.
Nothing fights back, nothing is rare, and nothing is timed. The whole achievement is finding twelve small animals, one of which does not stay where anyone puts it.

Battle pets mostly do not count
This is the trap, and it costs people a whole second lap.
Summoning your own collected version of these critters generally does not register. Two exceptions have been reported to work from the pet journal, the Honey Bee and the Bloodfever Tarantula, and those are the only two of the twelve that exist as collectable pets at all.
Do the whole thing on wild critters. If you have loved all twelve and nothing happened, a summoned pet is the most likely reason.
Olivewing will not be where you look
Eleven of the twelve sit reliably at their coordinate. Olivewing does not: it has been found all over Stormsong Valley, from the coast to the cliffs, and the coordinate above is one sighting rather than a home.
If it is not there, fly the valley and watch the ground. It is a small bird and it moves.
Two things that help. A dead critter still counts, so do not walk away from one that something else has killed. And the achievement can be tracked from its own panel, which gives you a live list of which of the twelve are still outstanding rather than making you guess.
The Temple Beetle is not in Zuldazar
It is inside Dazar'alor, the city, which is its own map. A waypoint typed against the Zuldazar map will send you to the wrong place entirely, which is why the line above names the city map instead.
