What the achievement asks
Clear all three wings of Battle of Dazar'alor. Ten points, account-wide, both factions.
The description is explicit where most raid achievements are silent: Normal difficulty or higher. Raid Finder does not count for this one.
The nine encounters, by wing

The wings unlock in order and each has to be cleared before the next opens, so there is nothing to plan: start at the beginning and keep going.
Your criteria will not read the same as someone else's
This is the raid where both factions play through the same siege from opposite sides, and the achievement reflects that. Each wing is named differently depending on who you are:
- Wing 1 is Siege of Dazar'alor for one faction, Defense of Dazar'alor for the other.
- Wing 2 is Empire's Fall or Death's Bargain.
- Wing 3 is Might of the Alliance or Victory or Death.
Three of the encounters also swap out entirely. Champion of the Light is Frida Ironbellows on one side and Ra'wani Kanae on the other. Grong appears as Grong, the Jungle Lord or as Grong, the Revenant. Jadefire Masters pairs Ma'ra Grimfang with Anathos Firecaller, or Manceroy Flamefist with Mestrah.
None of it changes what you have to do. If you are comparing notes with someone on the other side and the names do not match, that is expected rather than a mistake.
