What the achievement asks
Complete the Tyrande's Ascension storyline. Ten points, account-wide, Alliance only.
The reward is the reason most people are here: finishing it unlocks the Night Warrior eye customisation for night elf characters, which cannot be obtained any other way.
Where it starts
The chain opens by itself. Log in on an Alliance character in Boralus and an owl, Dori'thur, will follow you around until you take On Whispered Winds from her.
The route it takes you on
The storyline moves across the world rather than staying in one zone, which is what makes it feel longer than it is.
- On Whispered Winds sends you to Stormwind Keep to meet Maiev Shadowsong.
- Waning Hope has you speak to Prophet Velen, then return.
- Shores of Fate takes the Darnassus portal from Stormwind Harbour, which now lands you in Darkshore, and on to the Zoram Strand in Ashenvale.
- Hope and the quests around it are gathered on the ship with Shandris Feathermoon.
- In Darkest Night is the scenario that ends it, and the ascension itself.
In Darkshore, speak to Zidormi before anything else. She moves you between the burned Darkshore and the older one, and being in the wrong version is the usual reason people cannot find the next step.
It is a storyline, not a raid
Nothing here is difficult and nothing is gated behind reputation or a weekly lockout. It is an afternoon of quests that happens to end with one of the most requested customisation unlocks in the game.
