What the achievement asks
Reveal the covered areas of The Ringing Deeps, filling in the fogged parts of your map. Ten points, account-wide.
There is nothing to fight, nothing to collect and no timer. You fly to each area and its name appears on screen.

The Rumbling Wastes lies to you
The Rumbling Wastes stays looking unexplored on your map even after you have revealed it. Players have spent ten minutes flying back and forth over an area they had already uncovered because the fog never visibly lifted.
Check the achievement's criteria list rather than the map. If the line is ticked, it is done, whatever the map shows.
The zone also runs deep as well as wide, so several of these areas sit on levels below the one you arrive on. When a coordinate looks like solid rock, look for the way down.
