What the achievement asks
Craft twenty-five different fashion accessories at the Abominable Stitching table. Five points, account-wide.
Thirty-five exist, so you have ten to spare. That margin is the whole reason this is the gentlest of the four Necrolord achievements: nothing here is gated behind a random weekly roll.

What it actually costs
Malleable Flesh, mostly, and a scattering of one-off materials from specific rares and treasures.
Keep every Malleable Flesh you see. It drops from Shadowlands mobs generally, it is the base material for everything on the stitching table, and running out of it is the only thing that stops this achievement.
The concentrated source people use is the House of the Chosen in Maldraxxus while the world quest Chosen Champions is up. Those mobs hit hard and have a lot of health, so it is worth signing up to groups running the world quest and farming with them rather than alone.
Craft the cheap ones
With ten spare, there is no reason to chase an accessory whose material comes from one particular treasure you have not found. Work through the hats and the small attachments, and stop at twenty-five.
Build the constructs first anyway
Constructs give weekly quests that reward more Malleable Flesh, and those quests are what Abominable Lives is made of. Building them early feeds this achievement and starts the slowest clock in the expansion at the same time.
A warning from 2024
The War Within pre-patch reset this achievement's progress for a number of people, along with The Gang's All Here. If your count has gone backwards rather than stalled, that is why.
