What the achievement asks
Gain access to all three secret Iskaaran fishing techniques. Ten points, account-wide.
You do not have to fish anything special. Crafting the three items is what awards the achievement, one tick each.
The three, and what each needs

All three are crafted at Tavio in Iskaara. What nothing tells you is where the materials are.
The Ice Axe needs a Pickaxe Blade, taken from the Old Pickaxe lying at 18.88 24.26 in The Azure Span. The Basalt Bracelet needs Sea-Polished Basalt, from the rock on the shore at 81.26 31.32 in The Waking Shores.
The requirement that makes them invisible
Renown is not the only gate. You also need at least 50 skill in Dragon Isles fishing before the materials will appear to you.
When every requirement is met, the objects on the ground glow with a purple aura. If you are standing on the right coordinate and see nothing, it is almost always the fishing skill rather than the renown, and it is easily fixed: fifty skill is a short session at any pool.
Do it before you need it
Two of the five holes in Taking From Nature cannot enter the weekly rotation at all until you have Ice Fishing and Lava Fishing. That achievement is already the slowest in the branch, and every week you spend without these two techniques is a week where two of its five holes could never have been drawn.
Renown 15 is the real cost here. Everything after that is a flight to two coordinates and a visit to Tavio.
