What the achievement asks
Complete the seven steps of the Innovation storyline, in Tyr's footsteps. Fifteen points, account-wide.
The seven
Step
---
Lock and Shock
First Challenge: Finesse
Second Challenge: Might
Third Challenge: Persistence
Fourth Challenge: Resourcefulness
Fifth Challenge: Ingenuity
Innovation Complete
They run in order and each one hands you the next, so there is no list to hunt down. The five challenges are titan trials scattered across the Dragon Isles, and the two outer steps are the frame around them.
Where it starts
Two things have to be behind you before this exists.
First, the Thaldraszus campaign, which is Just Don't Ask Me to Spell It. Finishing it produces the quest Renown of the Dragon Isles, and that in turn opens Learning Ingenuity, which is the first quest of this chain.
Learning Ingenuity sends you to Greyzik Cobblefinger at 84.13 54.21 in Valdrakken. That goblin is where the whole thing begins, and if he has nothing for you the Thaldraszus campaign is what is missing.
The one that is hidden
The Third Challenge: Persistence takes place inside a cave in The Waking Shores, and the entrance is at 64.2 40.4. It is the only step where players report standing on the objective marker with nothing visible, because the trial itself is underground and the marker sits above it.
What the run is like
Sixteen quests end to end, solo, with no group requirement and nothing to farm. Each challenge is a small titan-flavoured puzzle or trial rather than a fight, and none of them can be failed permanently: a bad attempt simply resets.
It is a long chain rather than a hard one, so allow an evening and do not start it fifteen minutes before you want to log off.
Where it fits
Part of A World Awoken, the Dragonflight meta, which rewards Taivan. The Thaldraszus campaign it waits on is also part of Loremaster of the Dragon Isles, so nothing in the prerequisite is wasted.
