Ten minutes, and it is the cheapest thing in the meta
There is no gate and no timer. One lap at dragonriding speed reveals almost all of it, and the coordinates above are the corners you would otherwise have no reason to visit.
Do it early rather than late. It costs nothing, it closes a piece of the meta immediately, and it is the sort of thing people leave for last and then discover they were three subzones away from all along.
