What the achievement asks
Defeat Chrono-Lord Deios in Dawn of the Infinite. Ten points.
This one is not account-wide. It has to be earned by the character that does it, so run it on whichever character is chasing the meta.
Queue for the right half
Dawn of the Infinite is a mega-dungeon split into two wings, and Murozond's Rise is the one that ends on Chrono-Lord Deios.

The quickest route is the Dungeon Finder on Heroic, which queues you straight into one wing. Mythic and Mythic Keystone both count as well, and neither is necessary.
Queue for the wrong wing and you will clear a dungeon for nothing, so check the boss list above against what the queue offers you. The other half is Galakrond's Fall, and the two can be run back to back in an evening.
It is not part of the dungeon meta
Dawn of the Infinite is not in Myths of the Dragonflight Dungeons, unlike Tazavesh in Shadowlands. These two wing achievements are the only reason the meta brings you here at all, so there is no third thing to come back for.
Each boss here also pays 300 reputation with Soridormi, which is the fastest route to Legend of the Multiverse now that Time Rifts are quiet. If that achievement is still open, chain both wings rather than running one.
Where it fits
One of ten under Closing Time, which rewards the Bestowed Sandskimmer and is a piece of A World Awoken.
