What the achievement asks
Collect an armour set from The Eternal Palace. Ten points, account-wide, both factions.
You need the appearances, not the items. Once a piece is in your appearance collection it stays there, so gear looted years ago on any character still counts.
The Eternal Palace drops its set across eight bosses under Azshara's city.
Check the collection, not your memory
The set is tracked in the appearances tab, in its own entry under the Sets listing. That display is the authority on what you are still missing, and it is worth opening before another run: people regularly farm a piece they already have because they remember the drop rather than the collection.
These Battle for Azeroth set entries sit in an awkward place in the sets list, well away from where you would expect them chronologically. If you cannot find the section, scroll further than seems reasonable rather than concluding you have none of it.
If the last piece does not trigger it
This is a known nuisance and it has three answers, in order of how often they work.
- Equip the item. A freshly looted piece that is still tradeable may not register until it becomes bound to you.
- Log out and back in. Several people report the achievement arriving on the next login rather than on the loot.
- Sell or scrap the piece once its appearance is collected. The appearance is already yours and the achievement has been reported to fire at that point.
None of these loses you anything, so work down the list before assuming something is broken.
The Grand Reception, Depths of the Devoted and The Circle of Stars cover the whole raid, and the parent achievement accepts any difficulty, which makes Raid Finder farming viable here.
The eight sets of the series
All eight feed the same parent, and four of them come from raids you are likely to be running anyway.

The four raid sets are the easier half by a wide margin: the raids can be run at any difficulty, solo, as often as the lockout allows. The four PvP sets have no such shortcut, and two of them have no warfront alternative at all.
