What the achievement asks
Defeat General Kaal in Sanguine Depths, on Mythic or Mythic Keystone difficulty. Ten points, both factions.
This one is not tied to your account. The eight Shadowlands dungeon achievements have to be earned by the same character, so spreading them across alts leaves you with nothing.
A keystone run counts
The wording matters and it is easy to miss: Mythic or Mythic Keystone. You do not have to queue for the fixed Mythic version. Any Mythic Plus run of the dungeon, at any key level, awards it just the same.
That is what makes these eight cheap today: a key run you were doing anyway ticks the box, and at current levels the dungeons themselves offer no resistance.
The 4 bosses
Sanguine Depths runs under Revendreth, and it is the longest of the eight. Four bosses, and a great deal of walking between them.

Only the last one is named by the achievement. The others are on the way, and the dungeon does not let you reach the end without them.
The eight of the series
They feed Myths of the Shadowlands Dungeons, which is the one the meta counts:
- Sanguine Depths
- Spires of Ascension
- The Necrotic Wake
- De Other Side
- Halls of Atonement
- Mists of Tirna Scithe
- Plaguefall
- Theater of Pain
The ninth dungeon of the expansion, Tazavesh, the Veiled Market, sits in the same branch but works differently: it is a megadungeon, and its achievement asks for Mythic difficulty without the keystone alternative.
